Ticket Refund Update

March 2021:
A glimmer of hope for those who purchased tickets to the cancelled 2020 Roar Off The Shore Brewfest through Brown Paper Tickets (BPT) and have yet to receive a refund: the Washington Attorney General has ordered BPT to make payment.

We do not yet have any word on when Brewfest ticket holders will finally receive a refund. According to this linked article from the Seattle Times, BPT has to pay out within seven months but residents of Washington State, where BPT is located, will have priority.

If we hear anything directly about where we may fall in the line, we will let everyone know. Thank you again for your patience on this. It has always been our intention to get your money back into your hands. Let's look forward to 2022!

October 2020 Update: The Kewaunee and Dyckesville Lions Clubs would like to thank you for your ticket purchase for the 2020 Roar Off The Shore. Originally postponed, the event was canceled for 2020.  The 2021 event has also been canceled so we hope you will join us on March 26, 2022!

2020 refunds were issued to all hard-copy ticket holders who filled out the refund form by the due date of May 15, 2020. These tickets were those purchased in-person from one of our ticket outlets.

If you purchased tickets on-line via Brown Paper Tickets (BPT), these refunds are coming directly from BPT. We understand that some refunds have been processed.

The Roar Off The Shore Committee has been trying since the cancellation of our event to get you your money refunded. Again, we have not received any monies from BPT so we cannot refund anything to you.

Numerous attempts to work with BPT have gone unanswered.

We have opened up a dialogue with the Washington State Attorney General (BPT is located in Washington State) and we are encouraging you to do the same as well as contact BPT directly.

Roar Off The Shore Committee

Each year we invite microbreweries and home brewers from the midwest to attend our event. Last year we had twenty five breweries and seven homebrewers serving everything from IPAs to heavy stouts. Whether you are a beer aficionado or just a casual drinker, we are certain that you will find a beer that you enjoy.

Several area wineries will be pouring their finest wines including your local favorites Parallel 44, von Stiehl, Door Pennisula Winery. Try reds, whites and dessert wines and find your new favorite wine.

We invite several area restaurants to serve free samples of their dishes to our guests. While we do not sell food at our event there are enough samples available that you will not starve while you are here.
